Mahogany’s Authentic Jamaican Jerk is comprised of all natural plant-based herbs to give you that flavorful and juicy, mouth-watering taste. Jerk can be used on a wide variety of meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables. There are numerous ways that you can capture that jerk flavor, whether it’s over an open flame, grill, or oven.
Base Herbs: Escallion, Thyme, Scotch Bonnet, Pimento, and Nutmeg. Less than an ounce of browning is added to the mix for color (browning aka Molasses is brown sugar caramelized with water only).
